Force Abilities: Negligible, if any. She has a special ability that allows her to understand electronics, but this is not related to the Force.
Powers: Note: With the exception of her transformational powers, Lega cannot perform any of her powers when there are no electronics in the general vicinity. Her abilities rely solely on manipulation, and with nothing to manipulate, she's little more than a civillian in a silly outfit. Lega also whispers her transformation/attack names because A) she feels screaming out attack names destroys the element of surprise and B) she's embarrassed about this whole senshi thing.
Fere, Upgrade Me - Transforms Lega into Sailor Fere.
Crossed Wires - Electrical wiring shoots out of anything applicable, writhes around an enemy, and ensnares it. Can also produce electrical burns if the wiring happens to be faulty, but that's really a matter of chance.
Command Override - She leaps onto whatever she will be using for this attack and lays her hands upon it. Her gloves sort of "melt" into the machinery and Sailor Fere's mind fuses with the programming of whatever she's controlling. With this, she has complete access to the abilities or data of the object. Useful if the object is a two-ton attack robot with laser guns, not so much if it's a toaster. It should be noted that Sailor Fere does not like this attack. She thinks it's rude to just forcibly take over the "mind" of a machine. Also, she feels slightly nauseous and not quite herself for several hours after performing this attack.
Exit Program - Transforms Sailor Fere into Lega.

Lega was one of the results of a genetic engineering attempt to recreate a being from an extinct race (the Fere), by a group of scientists with connections to the Dathomir Senators. She never knew this, and pretty much assumed that she had parents out there, she just didn't know where. The scientists who created her abandoned her at the lab, along with vast supplies and lots of electronics, when she was six. She lived there until Alexandren Sing, one of said Dathomir Senators, abducted her.
